THE OPPORTUNITY

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Part Time Word Processor/Administrative Assistant for our Weyburn office.

YOUR RESPONSIBILTY
* Collaborate with the department supervisor to type, format, and proofread technical and business documents (word processing) in accordance with Trace Style Guidelines.
* Assist office administrators with general office duties (filing, faxing, scanning, emailing, photocopying, binding, mail, and courier), as required.
* Support the other Trace Division Administrators with general divisional administrative requirements.
* Assist Division Manager and Project Managers with project administration as directed.

YOUR PROFILE
* You have advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
* You are very organized, have the ability to multi-task, and have a passion for consistently delivering outstanding work.
* You have an interest in document editing and proofreading.
* You possess an eagerness to work with a dynamic team and a growth oriented company.
* High school diploma is a minimum requirement.
* A diploma or certificate in office administration or other relevant education is considered an asset.
* Membership with the Association of Administrative Assistants is considered an asset; however, it is not a requirement.
