Job Title: Room Attendant
Position: 1 Full-time
Wage: $10.80/hour
Hours: 40/week, including weekends
Location: 140 Sims Ave. Weyburn, SK S4H 2H5
Main Duties of the Job:
- Clean guest rooms according to standards of Circle 6 Motel
- Sweep, mop, wash, wax and polish floors
- Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting and area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
- Vacuum guest rooms and hallways
- Make beds, change sheets and distribute clean towels and toiletries
- Daily removal of all linen from bed and stock linen closet and supplies area
- Respond promptly to guests' requests for extra supplies
- Clean, disinfect and polish and bathroom fixtures and appliances
- Clean and disinfect public areas such as lobbies, public phones and elevators
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers
- Wash windows, walls and ceilings.
- Report and store lost and found items
- May provide basic information on facilities
- May handle complaints
Skills: Customer- oriented, able to speak, read, and write English. No experience required. Onsite training will be provided.
